* Exceptionally, we can arrange £5,000 or above for simple fixed asset purchases such as cars and vans

Security & Risks

  • It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the business can afford to repay the debt
  • All facilities are Secured, usually on the asset(s) being financed, though other assets might be utilised
  • You may lose these asset(s) if you do not keep up repayments or breach the terms of a facility
  • Your business will still be responsible for any remaining debt after the lender has sold the asset(s)
  • If you provide a Personal Guarantee, you are putting your personal resources at risk

Unless we agree a specific fee arrangement with you, we will receive a commission payment directly from the lender for our services to them, in sourcing and arranging the facility. Our commission payments are subject to the terms of our arrangements with these Lenders and vary from lender to lender according to the facility arranged, facility size, credit quality and other permissible factors.
